ONLINE PAYMENTS
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use stripe payment gateways for all our cards transactions which are fully secured and verified.
POSTAGE
We do our best to keep postage to a minimum. You will see the postage calculated in your shopping basket.

Delivery is available anywhere within Europe, please get in touch for the best rate.
DELIVERY TIMES
CCM will dispatch your purchase within 2 - 5 working days. You will be sent an e-mail notification of dispatch. If for any reason we have a delay in being able to dispatch your items we will contact you by e-mail or phone. If you require delivery sooner then please contact Website enquiries on 01 4526170 or INFO@CCMRACING.COM . We may be able to provide a faster service for you for a small additional charge.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We will refund you for the out-of-stock items and send you the items we have in stock. We will contact you via email or phone to notify you of this.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 60 days. Please see returns policy for further details
We take great care over this site, and endeavour to maintain up to the minute information across the whole system, however from time to time, due to human error, mistakes may occur. Should this happen we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible. The site and all associated and incorporated content is provided "as is", with no explicit or implicit declaration of factual accuracy.
Any items which are returned must be received back at our mail order department new and unused, with original packaging & labels attached in a re-saleable condition.
Please contact Website admin at info@ccmracing.com or 01 4526170 for a returns authorisation code and returns address. If you are returning a faulty item carriage will be refunded, Web admin will advise on how the refund of carriage will be made. (Your authorisation code and order number must be shown on the outside of your returned package)
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge.
